  1. Ticket sales commence for fresh927 Split 50-50 Lottery when the raffle becomes live on the associated URL at 6:00 am on Monday March 16th, 2026.
  2. Ticket sales close for fresh 927 Split 50-50 lottery at the time listed on the URL at 8:00 am on Monday April 27th, 2026.
  3. One prize will be awarded which will be 50% of the total dollar value of sales in the allotted timeframe. The remaining 50% of the proceeds are going to Fresh 92.7.
  4. Ticket holders do not need to be in attendance at the time of the draw to be eligible to win.
  5. The maximum tickets available is 30,000 and will be the amount able to be sold in the allotted time frame. However, if the lottery value limit of $50,000 is reached, the maximum number of tickets may be less than 30,000 due to the inclusion of bonus tickets.
  6. Tickets are available for purchase online only and do include bonus tickets. Prices are 1 ticket for $5, or 3 for $10, or 8 for $20, 25 for $50, or 60 for $100.
  7. Members of fresh 92.7 management committee, fresh 92.7 employees involved in the promotion of the lottery and Split 50-50 personnel are not eligible to purchase tickets in the lottery. Minors are permitted to join the lottery.
  8. Tickets will be allocated by encrypted text message to the purchaser’s mobile phone number and will include the number of tickets they have purchased, and a URL to a web address that shows the current prize pool and their alpha-numeric encrypted tickets. (Opening this link at any subsequent time will provide the purchaser the live prize pool which increases as tickets are sold)
  9. Tickets can be purchased online from the Split 50-50 linked s50.events/fresh927 URL or by scanning the unique Split 50-50 QR code.
  10. Prize POOL, DRAW DATE & TIME is clearly identified at the time of ticket sale and can be viewed on the URL, s50.events/fresh927. Draw will occur on Monday April 27th at 8:00 am.
  11. The draw will be conducted at 3 Cinema Place, Adelaide, using an accredited Random Number Generator (RNG) system. All eligible tickets will be included in the prize draw.
  12. Each ticket has an equal chance of winning the major prize.
  13. Split 50-50 is not responsible for unforeseen technical difficulties with the ordering process and does not warrant that the ordering process will be available at all times. In the event a supporter makes an error in submitting their details or does not receive confirmation of their purchase, then they should contact 8322 1839 or email adcousins@split50-50.com.au.
  14. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.“
  15. The prize will be awarded to the person whose ticket is verified as the winning ticket. The winner will be notified automatically at the time of the draw via an encrypted text message sent by Split 50-50. A follow up phone call from fresh 92.7 to the prize-winner will occur within 30 minutes of the draw. Prize notification text, phone call and email is addressed to the primary ticket holder. Further contact will be made within 48 hours to verify bank account details for EFT. Prize must be accepted as awarded.
  16. The winner will have three months from the draw date to claim their prize. In the event that a prize remains unclaimed after three months, fresh 92.7 will make additional attempts to contact that winner to ensure they are aware they have won the prize. After all attempts to contact the winner have been exhausted, the organisation will present the unclaimed prize to the office of Consumer and Business Services and request sanction to use that prize for further fundraising endeavours within the organisation.
  17. The winning ticket number will be displayed on the s50.events/fresh927 URL directly related to the raffle when the draw is completed. Further details of the winner will be published on the Split 50-50 website and via fresh92.7 organisation’s social media and website by no later than Thursday April 30th, 2026. The winning ticket purchaser may request to have their name excluded from publication by contacting fresh92.7 or Split 50-50.
  18. All requests for refunds will be honoured within the time frame of the raffle, and the corresponding ticket will not be included in the prize draw.
  19. Privacy Statement: In accordance with South Australian Lotteries Act 2019 and Lotteries Regulations 2021, Split 50-50 Pty. Ltd. ensures that a record of all tickets sold in a raffle is kept securely for auditing purposes as required by law. The winner is verified and their name published to satisfy these regulations.
